A consistent, reviewable format
Each field note connects one source-verified quote, a reason the habit may matter, the research and its limits, an action that takes no more than two minutes to begin, and a reflection prompt for the tracker.
The two-minute action is a low-friction starting point unless a cited study tested that exact duration. We state the difference rather than presenting an adaptation as a research dose.
How sources are selected
We prefer original studies, systematic reviews, official publications, and archival primary sources. Every quote and scientific claim must resolve to a visible source on the same page.
- Study design, sample, setting, dose, and important limitations stay visible.
- A small or narrow result is not presented as a universal success rate.
- A source-backed mechanism is separated from a guaranteed personal outcome.
Drafting, translation, and publication
Automated tools may assist with research, drafting, translation, and review. They do not receive standing authority to publish: an authorized operator must explicitly approve a release. Epipherse remains accountable for the published quote, papers, numerical claims, English and Korean versions, safety language, and source links.
English and Korean articles use the same evidence and the same five-part structure. Japanese is used only for distribution copy unless a separately reviewed Japanese website is created.
Corrections and meaningful updates
Published URLs are treated as durable references. When evidence, wording, or guidance changes materially, the article revision and visible updated date move together, and the matching distribution material is reviewed again.
A routine rebuild does not change an article date. The sitemap and structured data use the content record’s real update date.
