Terms of Use

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Epipherse, the provider of 66 Days (“66 Days”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Contact: [email protected]. By downloading, accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent.

2. The service

66 Days helps you organise goals into projects, record helpful or unwanted habits, set reminders, add notes or photos, and review streaks and activity. Features may differ by app version, device, country, subscription status or operating system.

We may improve, add, remove or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, current software, network access and backups appropriate to your needs.

3. App licence and Apple terms

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on compatible Apple-branded devices for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules.

Unless the App Store product page presents a custom licence agreement, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for 66 Days beyond obligations imposed by law or Apple’s terms.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Optional premium features and one-time items may be offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The price, billing period, trial terms and included features shown in the App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase form part of your order.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account at least as required by the App Store terms before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account. Apple processes billing, refunds and taxes under its rules; except where law requires otherwise, we cannot issue an App Store refund directly. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Your content and iCloud

You retain ownership of project names, goals, habit records, notes, photos and other content you create. You grant us and our service providers only the limited rights needed to store, sync, analyse, transmit and otherwise process that content to operate, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some versions may sync through your Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for your Apple ID, device access, available iCloud storage and export or backup choices. Deleting content or disabling sync may affect every connected device and may not immediately remove provider backups.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse 66 Days or help anyone else do so. In particular, you must not:

• break the law or infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
• upload unlawful, harmful or malicious material through support or content features;
• interfere with security, access controls, servers or other users;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresent your identity or use the service to send spam, malware or abusive requests.

7. Health and results disclaimer

66 Days is a general productivity and self-reflection tool. It is not medical, mental-health, fitness, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional when your circumstances require it, and do not delay urgent help because of information in the app or website.

The 66-day reference is an average reported in one study, not a promise or deadline. Results vary by person, behaviour and context. We do not guarantee that you will form, reduce or stop any habit or achieve a particular outcome.

8. Intellectual property and third-party services

The app, website, branding, interface, software and original content—excluding your content—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

The service relies on or links to third parties including Apple, iCloud, the App Store and Amplitude. Their products are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and can cancel subscriptions through Apple. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to serious misuse, or discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms—remain effective.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of data or profits, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits statutory consumer rights. If you are a UK consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of UK consumer law. Where a monetary cap is permitted, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for 66 Days in the previous 12 months or USD 50.

11. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or forum rights that apply where you live. Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the service after an effective update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
